Meagan Grega, M.D - Co-founder, Medical Director

Meagan Grega, M.D

Dr. Meagan Grega is a graduate of Bucknell University with a B.S. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology. She earned her MD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ.

Dr. Grega spent several years as a medical officer in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander before resigning from active duty service. She has been a staff Family Physician at Hunterdon Medical Center and is currently the Director of Women’s Health Services at Lafayette College in Easton, PA. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and is board certified in Family Medicine.

Children’s health in general, and the obesity epidemic in particular, are issues in which Meagan has had a long-standing interest. She believes the benefits of regular exercise, adequate sleep, supportive social connections, healthy food choices and the art of balance are the keys to improving our children’s future, as well as our own. Towards that end, she is committed to finding practical solutions that can be implemented by families to strengthen each other physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Eric J. Ruth - Co-founder, Executive Director

Eric Ruth

Eric is a business executive for thirty-one years with senior level leadership positions in the accounting and marketing fields. He has been a senior marketing consultant to the Healthcare Industry since 2000 and to the online industry for five years prior to that. From 1989 through 1995, Eric invested his time saving and turning around small to medium size businesses that were struggling.

He has had over fifteen years experience leading local and regional non-profits, with a primary emphasis on economic development.

Eric J. Ruth is known for his love of life, his caring and nurturing teaching ability and his strength of spirit. Eric is a martial artist since 1992 and continues to train and teach. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.

The well being of children being raised in today's world has had a significant influence in Eric's life. Raising three children, teaching over thousands more and seeing the habits, pressures and influences on our children, has lead Eric to co-found the Kellyn Foundation.
