Why We Do It?
Industrialization, globalization, changes in the environment, changes in the way we live and changes in our society have all had a significant effect on our bodies and our minds.
The changes from generation to generation are so rapid that all generations are feeling dazed and confused.
Cultural “epidemics” are occurring so rapidly that generations, and specifically families, are caught unaware and do not have the resources to effectively address the problem.
Some of the current “epidemics” are childhood and adult obesity, autism, dementia, excess screen time (TV, computer, video), the disintegration of the family unit, loneliness, depression, ADHD, as well as drug-use and alcoholism.
With our unique blend of medical knowledge, nutritional education, structured exercise and online monitoring combined with our focus on emotional strength and wellness, we believe we have the ability to make a significant positive change in the world.
The mission of the Kellyn Foundation is to support, facilitate and implement programs for families that encourage physical and emotional strength and wellness.
