Scalability of Program

The "Healthy Families Need Healthy Roots" project was developed to be tested locally, with the intention of expanding its reach to regional and finally national level programming.

The key local components of the program include a medical professional and a qualified structured exercise program.

The Kellyn Foundation will interview prospective local partners to decide if they are qualified to be associated with the "Healthy Families Need Healthy Roots" program. Simultaneously, the Kellyn Foundation will separately engage a medical professional to join the local market team. This process of selection will provide the Kellyn Foundation with direct access to each member of the team, helping to insure quality controls within the local program.

Upon full commitment from all parties, the Kellyn Foundation will provide the marketing materials, the training, secure data collection and data analysis to each potential partner engaged in the program. Local programs will be monitored for program and participant success.

The Kellyn Foundation intends to expand in a geographically contiguous manner, from their Lehigh Valley roots to the Mid-Atlantic States, the Northeast Corridor, followed by nationally.
