Structured Exercise
Although we support and partner with many exercise providers, our preferred exercise program has the following criteria.
- It is a non-competitive environment that allows each individual to grow and learn no matter what their age or baseline fitness level.
- It provides structured leadership two to four times per week, which encourages participation.
- It is individualistic. You can progress on your time and ability level.
- It builds confidence and self discipline, which are requirements in any behavior modification program, as well as for success in life.
- It is a life-long exercise option, unlike most athletics which often end when a person finishes high school or college.
- It is something that can be done year-round.
- It changes the way you think about yourself.
- It is considered cool and fun.
The Kellyn Foundation will deliberately choose exercise partners true to the philosophy of tolerance, responsibility, respect, confidence, discipline and individual growth.
